Evaluate, with details, a previous professional setting (or team) you were in with regards to psychological safety.
- My current work environment, specifically my team and our manager, is a psychologically safe place. We are able to ask the questions no matter how dumb they may sound and be pointed in the right direction to be able to get the work done. I truly feel that because our workplace makes us want to come in daily and perform at a 100% everytime.
